These terms govern how The Property Studio provides and delivers your walkthrough. By starting a project, you agree to them. We keep them clear and fair.
1. The Service
The Property Studio creates cinematic property walkthrough videos from property imagery provided by the client. The service uses the photos and information you supply to produce a finished walkthrough for use in marketing and listings.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, high-quality property photos and honest information about the property and the spaces you would like featured. The quality of the source imagery materially affects the final result, and we are always transparent about what will work best.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Once your walkthrough is delivered and paid for, you hold the rights to use it across your own property marketing — websites, listings and social media — subject to any third-party platform rules. We retain the right to showcase the finished walkthrough as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
4. Revisions
We work with you to get the result right. Reasonable feedback on pacing, framing or featured spaces is welcomed, and we'll refine the walkthrough cooperatively.
5. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed before a project begins. The final walkthrough is delivered once any agreed payment is received. Details of pricing and any fees are set out in the project confirmation.
6. Turnaround
Production time depends on the number of rooms and the property. A timeframe is agreed before work begins. We aim to be as quick as the quality allows, and we'll keep you informed if anything changes.
7. Limitation Of Liability
While we take care to deliver a high-quality result, the final walkthrough depends in part on the imagery you provide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for how third-party platforms display or handle your video.
8. Dispute Resolution
We hope things never get there, but any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through direct, good-faith communication between you and The Property Studio.
